Tempered glass in the warm FRAL-72 system. Fill thickness 26-56 mm - this is already a full glazing unit, where the outer glass is tempered, and if needed, both panes. Combined with RC2 burglar resistance class, the result is glazing that's hard to break accidentally - and hard to break on purpose.
Profile: frame installation depth 72 mm, sash - 80.4 mm. Thermal insert 34 mm, three EPDM sealing contours. Heat transfer coefficient Uf = 1.4 W/m2*K, thermal resistance Rf = 0.71 m2*C/W. Powder coating in RAL colors.
Hardware: Europaz V.01 "Type 1" with a 9 mm pin, three-dimensional adjustment, RC2 burglary protection class.
Glazing unit: glazing thickness 26-56 mm. Minimum sash 500x600 mm, maximum - 1100x2600 mm, sash weight up to 180 kg. Large format and tempered glass work together: the larger the panel area, the more important its strength.
Application area: windows, curtain wall groups, window units in facades. Structure height up to 2600 mm.
How to tell tempered glass apart: there is a manufacturer's mark etched in the corner of the pane. It doesn't wear off and is the only reliable confirmation of tempering.
