- glazing units, namely the loss of their airtightness – 1 (one) year.
MANUFACTURER guarantees:
- airtightness of the glazing unit;
- structural integrity;
- proper functioning of the hardware, additional attached hardware and accessories;

- water tightness of the product;
- color stability and absence of product deformation.
This warranty includes servicing the product in case defects are found,
THE WARRANTY INCLUDES
servicing products in case defects are found related to:
- the materials from which it is made: hardware, glazing units, PVC and aluminum profiles, rubber sealing, mechanical and welded joints, window sills, sills flashing.
- improper functioning of sashes and hardware (provided installation services were ordered)
THE WARRANTY IS VALID
when the following properly completed documents are available:
- a filled-out warranty card;
- a document confirming the purchase of the goods (receipt, invoice, signed acceptance certificate);
- product passport.
WARRANTY CLAIMS TO THE MANUFACTURER ARE NOT ACCEPTED
in cases of damage and defects arising as a result of:
- attempts to repair, modify the structures, and traces of third-party interference identified by authorized representatives of the Manufacturer;
- if changes in the product's structure or various damages caused by the effect of chemical reagents, cleaning agents containing abrasive substances or active chemical compounds are found.
- in case of violation of the temperature and humidity regime specified in these instructions during storage and operation;
- regarding the completeness of the order and appearance (mechanical damage, obvious defects) after signing the acceptance certificates for the products;
- in case of damage to the product and its functionality caused by a change in the condition of the window and door openings, for example, due to deformation and settling of the buildings and structures in which the product is installed;
- in case of violation of the operating and care rules for the products specified in the operating instructions;
- acts of natural disasters (hail, hurricane, glass-breaking wind, etc.)
- hooliganism, intentional actions of third parties;
- under other conditions that do not confirm that the defects arose before the products were accepted;
- when defects and flaws are found during proper use of the products due to specific features of the enclosing structures: walls and floor slabs, building and structure settlement; non-compliance with temperature regime norms
THE WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS AND WORKS PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FREE OF CHARGE, I.E. AS GIFTS OR BONUSES.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
- The temperature and humidity conditions for window structures in operation should have the following characteristics:
- air temperature in living spaces +20 - +22 °C;
- humidity level 30-40%.
The appearance of condensation on the structures depends on a range of external factors: elevated humidity in the room, insufficient air convection due to a wide windowsill, incorrect installation or absence of heating devices, and peak negative air temperatures. At elevated atmospheric humidity, condensation is permitted on the outer surface of a double-glazed window.
The manufacturer is not liable for malfunctions in the operation of ventilation and heating systems that disrupt the normal operating conditions of installed structures, accessories, and additional materials, causing condensation on the glass and structure.
In rooms glazed with double glazing units, the temperature in winter should not fall below 5 °C. Loss of seal in glazing units when products are used at lower temperatures is not a defect. Please note that when products with glazing units are used in unheated rooms, a visual lens effect may appear due to glass deflection. This effect is most noticeable when using coated glazing units. This is not a defect.
- Inspection of products for visible defects should be carried out with the naked eye from a distance of 0.6-0.8 m in natural light. Minor mechanical damage visible from a distance of less than 0.6 m is not a defect.
- PVC products stored on site should be protected from mechanical damage, exposure to precipitation, significant temperature fluctuations, and direct sunlight, without direct contact with heating devices.
- Door features: a door with a single-point lock (with a latch or deadbolt) will not provide thermal insulation and protection against drafts/freezing under any conditions, regardless of the profile system chosen. Single-point locks are recommended for doors made of “cold” aluminum systems or of entry-level/mid-level PVC systems when they are used inside heated perimeters (office, interior doors) or for entrance doors in heated vestibules. False-mullion doors with a single-point and multi-point lock on the active sash cannot provide a high level of thermal insulation; a high risk of drafts/freezing remains in the upper and (especially!) in the lower threshold zone of the door structure. Installation as an entrance door in residential and heated premises is permissible only if there is a vestibule! A door using PVC framing with a door threshold (even a “warm” one with a thermal break) is undesirable, because hardware cannot be installed on it and the bottom of the sash cannot have a mechanical clamp to the threshold. This option is recommended for installation as an entrance door in residential and heated premises if a vestibule is present.
- Features of products with laminate films: When ordering products using laminate films imitating the texture of natural wood, an optical effect may occur on adjacent sections of laminated profiles (frame/sash joint, sash/frame/glazing bead, or perpendicular mullion-to-frame joint). This effect is not a defect of the film, the profile, or the product as a whole. On a repeat order, the profile shade may differ from the original order, which is not a defect. The laminate film is applied only to the visible surfaces of the profile. The absence of film on non-visible parts of the product elements is not a defect. The laminate film on the arched part of the product will always be glossier and shinier than the film on straight sections; this is not a defect.
