Tempered glass in the ALP-104 system. Glazing range up to 81 mm - the largest among Nobilex aluminum systems. This accommodates both thick tempered panes and "tempered + laminated" combinations for structures where glass is freely accessible: entrance groups, panoramic doors, large light openings.
Profile: frame depth 95 mm, sash - 104 mm. Threshold and frame of equal width, 95 mm. Expansion profiles of door sashes prevent thermal stress - critical for large glass areas.
Hardware: Euro-type hardware groove, compatible with most aluminum and PVC solutions. Hinges surface-mounted, roller, or concealed.
Glazing unit: glazing thickness in the frame 27-72 mm, in the sash - 34.5-81 mm. Maximum sash dimensions: height up to 2900 mm, width up to 1700 mm.
Application area: panel doors with a wide range of designs, high energy savings, modern aesthetics.
How to tell tempered glass apart: there is a manufacturer's mark etched in the corner of the pane. It doesn't wear off and is the only reliable confirmation of tempering.
