FRAL-38 — the base system for gazebo glazing. Its scope of application per the catalog is exactly this: unheated premises, gazebos, terraces, balconies and loggias. You close the gazebo off from wind, rain and dust, but you don't turn it into an insulated room — and you don't pay for what isn't needed there.
Profile: frame installation depth 38 mm, sash — 46 mm. Thin straight lines, so the frames barely steal from the view. Aluminum alloy 6063 T6, RAL-scale powder coating — the color is chosen to match the wood or metal of the gazebo frame.
Threshold 10 mm. For a gazebo this isn't a small detail: you enter it from the garden, often with things in your hands, and a high threshold becomes an obstacle every time.
Glazing unit: fill 4–22 mm, two EPDM sealing contours. Glass is clear, tinted or decorative — tinted makes sense if the gazebo stands on the sunny side and it's stifling inside until noon.
Hardware: Europaz V.01 “Type 1”. Windows are turn and tilt-and-turn, doors open inward or outward.
What this system doesn't do: thermal and sound insulation here are basic level. If the gazebo is used in winter with heating — FRAL-72 is needed.
