Consultation and Site survey. Turnkey installation.
ALP-104 — a system for a gazebo that's closer to a pavilion: large area, tall panes, panoramic doors to the garden.
Profile: frame depth 95 mm, sash — 104 mm. The threshold and frame have the same width of 95 mm, so the transition from the gazebo to the terrace comes out level, without a “step” at the joint.
Maximum sash dimensions: height up to 2900 mm, width up to 1700 mm. This is the largest format among Nobilex's aluminum systems — one sash closes the entire wall of the gazebo.
Door sash expansion profiles prevent thermal stress. On large panes that stand in the sun all day, this isn't theory: without compensating for expansion, the door will eventually start to jam.
Glazing unit: glazing thickness in the frame 27–72 mm, in the sash — 34.5–81 mm. A range up to 81 mm means it accommodates thick energy-saving units, tempered glass and laminated (triplex) glass alike.
Hardware: a Euro-type hardware groove, compatible with most aluminum and PVC solutions. Hinges are surface-mounted, roller or concealed — concealed ones make sense when the gazebo is done “turnkey” and the mechanics shouldn't be visible.
What to consider: this is the most expensive system in the lineup. For a standard 3×4 m gazebo it's overkill — FRAL-38 or FRAL-72 is enough there.
