Profile: The Nobilex ALP-SR50N HI mullion-transom system for lightweight curtain wall facades and roofs with enhanced thermal insulation. The profile shapes allow the mullions and transoms to be clad from the interior side of the facade. The thermal insulation zone is equipped with two-component HPVC isolators with additional flexible elements for higher insulation and restricted air movement. The system supports oversized glass and triple glazing units. Hardware: The isolators ensure precise bolt insertion during installation. The design allows easy and precise facade installation with high thermal insulation performance. Modern fasteners and accessories preserve design freedom and structural strength. Glazing unit: Support for different infill types, including large and triple glazing units. High thermal insulation and energy efficiency. Provides an optimal balance of light and comfort indoors. Features: Enhanced thermal insulation: Uf > 0.85 W/(m²K). Air permeability: AE 1200, watertightness: RE 1500. Impact resistance: I5/E5. The system combines the installation precision of a traditional facade with high thermal insulation characteristics.
