Profile: The Nobilex ALPSE65 unitized facade is a modern system for prestigious buildings with high thermal insulation. Typical mullion width — 65 mm, transom width — 80 mm. Mullion depth — 125–150 mm, transom depth — 124.5–149.5 mm. Slim exterior profiles give the facade an elegant look. Powder coating in RAL colors, with optional decorative exterior profiles. Hardware: The system has special connectors that control adhesive distribution in the corners. This ensures high rigidity and tightness at the correct joint angle. It compensates for horizontal (±3 mm) and vertical (±12 mm) movement. Element dimensions are held to tight tolerances. Installation without scaffolding — fast and convenient. Glazing unit: Supports a wide choice of insulating glass with thermal breaks. Maximum glass weight — up to 500 kg. Traditional or structural glazing is possible. It delivers high tightness figures — AE 1200 Pa, RE 1200 Pa. Facade thermal insulation UCW < 0.9 W/ (m²K). Features: The modular structure is manufactured entirely at the factory — maximum quality. No construction scaffolding is needed for installation. Design flexibility: double segments, different glazing options. High wind load resistance — ±2000 Pa. The optimal choice for modern, energy-efficient facades.
