Profile: Nobilex ALP-MT50N mullion-transom system for facades, roofs, mansards and curtain partitions. Structure width — 50 mm. Mullion profile depth — 50–250 mm, transom (row 1) — 20–254.5 mm, (row 2) — 85–175 mm. Two types of thermal insulation: standard ABS/TPE and the SI version (PET/PE) — class A+. Minimum heat transfer coefficient Uf = 0.55 W/(m²K). Powder coating of the profile in RAL colors. Hardware: System with an open socket — installation without drilling. Torx screws — fast and reliable fastening. SI insulator — stability and easy processing. Double-row transoms for complex facades. Max. glass weight — up to 300 kg. Glazing unit: Permissible glazing unit thickness — 20–64 mm. High thermal insulation performance in the standard and the SI version. Wind and water tightness — class A. A three-layer drainage system provides cascade water removal. High energy efficiency and durability in any type of facade. Features: An additional chamber under the gasket increases the tightness and rigidity of the system. A double row of transoms gives more design options. The newly shaped half-mullion simplifies ladder-type assembly . The sealing system with corner inserts provides maximum sealing. Installation is possible in different versions: classic, ladder or modular.
