Profile: Nobilex ALP-WG60 winter garden system for winter gardens, conservatories and verandas. Aluminum-and-glass roof with rafters and purlins in the shape of an inverted letter “T”. The eaves beam and the wall beam are the main profiles, roof pitch 5°– 45°. Continuous thermal insulation thanks to polyamide strips. Built-in gutters prevent condensation from collecting on the glazing units. Hardware: The roof profiles allow the openings to be filled independently with windows and doors. Cascade jointing of the profiles provides water drainage and ventilation. The exterior gutter is attached to the eaves beam and is easy to shape. EPDM membranes guarantee water and wind tightness. Simple installation, the rafters are easy to machine. Glazing unit: Option to use a stepped glazing unit with a projecting outer pane. High thermal insulation keeps the temperature inside comfortable. The HPVC profile allows glazing to be fixed with no thickness restriction. Proper ventilation is provided regardless of weather conditions. The system guarantees optimal natural light. Features: An independent, integrated roof structure made of thermally insulated profiles. Possibility to build complex roof and facade geometries. Optimal indoor climate throughout the year. Easy integration with vertical windows and doors.
