Many processes at the “Nobilex” factory are automated, so the staff consists of about fifty specialists. However, the company values every employee, as no machine or device will turn on without a person with the necessary knowledge.
According to the CEO, Andriy Pivnya, in 2017, when Ukrainians gained the freedom to visit Europe, there was concern that “Nobilex” might lose promising personnel. However, this became an incentive to create the appropriate working conditions at the enterprise.
“Now, we have a factory that’s no worse than those in Europe. And in some aspects, our conditions are even better,” emphasized Andriy Pivnya.
Considering the specific nature of “Nobilex’s” work, as well as the company’s ambitious goals, the need for more unique specialists is growing each year. Currently, with the increasing implementation of aluminum window structures, there is a noticeable shortage of young design engineers.
“I recently spoke with the dean of the Faculty of Economics at Uzhhorod University, and we discussed an interesting joint idea. Perhaps we will implement a student project so that senior students can undergo their industrial practice at the ‘Nobilex’ base. I would like to show our students that in Ukraine, in Uzhhorod, there is an opportunity to work according to European standards,” explained Andriy Piven.
